Jay runs three companies simultaneously: ExecReps, Find Your Grind (a $20M EdTech company where he serves as President), and Product Coalition (reaching over 1 million readers). He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
The inspiration for ExecReps came from a formative experience: after graduating as a designer in London, Jay was rejected from a job because of his working-class Cockney accent. “We can't employ people who talk like you,” he was told. That rejection sparked a mission to democratize the executive communication coaching that has historically been reserved for Fortune 500 leaders.
